They boast frames of 1" x 2" 14-gauge steel tube cross supports welded to an 11-gauge steel mounting plate and 1-1/4" square, 12-gauge steel legs. This all supports 1-1/4" thick work surfaces, topped with high-pressure laminate and surrounded by 3/8" thick edge bumpers.
